For orders below $200, a freight and handling charge of $10.00 per order will apply. However, all orders exceeding $200 are eligible for free shipping. Keep an eye out for special offers on freight and handling.

Once your order is confirmed, we strive to dispatch it within 2 days. Delivery typically takes 3-5 working days, excluding remote and rural regions.

In the event that we are unable to fulfil your order or if there will be a delay in delivery, we will promptly notify you. In such cases, you have the option to cancel your order and receive a full refund.

Delivery will be carried out by courier services. Please note that we can only deliver to physical addresses and not to PO Boxes. Additionally, deliveries are not made on weekends or holidays.

To ensure a successful delivery, please ensure that someone is available to sign for the package at the provided address. If you're unavailable during the courier's visit, they will leave a delivery card with instructions for arranging a re-delivery or collection of your goods.

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product within 30 days from the date of purchase for a full refund or exchange. Please make sure to return the product in its original packaging.

In case you want to change your order for a different size or a different item, please return the order and place a new order.

The cost of return freight or postage will be your responsibility.

• In the case of footwear that doesn't fit, we'll waive the freight and handling charges on the replacement item as long as you return the product to us in its original packaging. Please follow the instructions below for returns.
